TPCI should hire more interns

I want to work at pokemon but I don’t have abajillionn years of experience. I’d happily work for free and get some years in experience.

    No one should work for free. Reliance on free interns is one of the many things destroying the job market right now. Value your labour. The fact that you claim to not have enough experience to work as a FREE INTERN highlights the issue.

    Many of these companies also exploit their fans' love of their franchises to excuse underpaying them. You have "the privilege of working on the property you love". People will compete for underpaid, exploitative positions. And those with real talent are overlooked because there is a massive pool of free labour to pull from.

    If you want to work for the Pokémon company, learn skills they might value and want to hire you for, and value yourself correctly.

    they probably wouldn’t do teen interns if they did interns if they did it would probably be college interns
