For me it’s milktank, it’s such a bad and random pokemon design that I actually like it cause how bad it is

    Banette, Beedrill, and Golisapod

    The first two because I think they are cool but I'm terrified of them due to real life phobias and they are scary in their world

    For the last two it is because I think it is cool but the ability irritates me

    the first two that come to my brain are shiny Orthworm and light blue Golduck.

    Raichu, I mean it's nice looking and all, but at the same time I feel they could had done it so much more interesting, considering it's the evolution of the most popular Pokemon (and franchise face).
