Alolan Ninetales
It has advantage over many types, its ability can easily make it overpowered
The types it has advantage over it absolutely dominates
It has a wide variety of attacks
And it is fast
Like, the Speed number is insane (in my opinion)

As much as it pains me to say this(I do love Alolan Vulpix and Alolan Ninetales), there are better Ice Types. Cloyster, for example, is SCARY with Skill Link. Mamoswine is really good too, ditto Weavile if you want a true Glass cannon that is FASTER than even A.Ninetales or, from a competitive standpoint, two standouts that stand above the rest: Iron Bundle(arguably number 1) with Chien-Pao(runner-up). I didn't even mention the Pseudo Ice Type either in Baxcalibur.
So to answer the MVP: Iron Bundle.
For those interested… Wolfy did this awhile ago and had Chien-Pao number 1, Calyrex 2 and Alolan Ninetales 3. He had Iron Bundle 5, Mamoswine 4(hence why I had to mention it but also because it's a type combo I really like), Baxcalibur 7, Abomasnow 6, Weavile 8, Vanilluxe 9 and Lapras 10. His list is mostly based on how well they did competitively though. I won't lie that I struggled not to put Alolan Ninetales here but I know there are better Ice Types. Iron Bundle is just crazy fast… and Chien Pao's ability is just nuts.
