So, I didn't find anything other than the text font while searching, but I've figured out an alternate way to do this, though I haven't started yet because I've been exhausted these past few weeks. I'll just take a screenshot and trace the parts I need, then add them to the drawing (though figuring out what opacity and colour to use for the somewhat transparent textbox is going to be very annoying). I should be able to start working on this again tomorrow UTC, and, if nothing goes wrong, I should be able to finish it by Saturday. I can't guarantee anything, however, because I haven't even been able to draw for fun much recently.

So, I'm working on it right now, but I could not find ready fonts to type with, which means I'll have to manually write/draw it myself (I'm so glad I chose pixel art and not any style from XY onwards). Thankfully, I found a photo of all the different letters that can be used in battle when I was searching for the battle textbox and Pokéball meter, so all I need to do is take note of which pixel the text starts at and how many pixels are between the letters.

Nevermind, I just checked actual game footage and that was not the correct font, I just got mixed up because they look so similar. I'm going to have to watch actual battles to be able to write the text.

I should be able to finish it by tomorrow! Finally! I'm also planning to improve and change the sprite a little bit to fit the style more after I'm done with the text and the Pokéball meter. For now, I'm taking a break. Drawing the text, even finding how to draw or type it, and especially figuring out how to draw the box was tiring.
