I have seen "I Choose You!", "Power of us", "Secrets of the Jungle"(?) Non-Canon movies.

But is Is Pokémon Concierge, Distant Blue Sky, and Pokémon Origins Canon to the anime?

(If I did not include the Pokémon Horizons series, it means I believe it's canon.)

No, nothing suggests that any of them are canon to the mainstream anime. In fact, Origins itself ties itself more closely to the games than the anime.
