How do I report a hacker?

Had a player cheat during game. She went second and her first turn somehow stalled the game, pulled out a whole bench in a minute and then the next 16 minutes did nothing - didnt play any cards, abilities or anything. The game just kept on going for no reason. Until it suddenly ended with her reconnecting and me suddenly having no benched pokémon - which would be impossible considering in the game's report she reconnected and used Hops Zacian 240 damage attack which to my knowledge doesnt also knock out a benched dreepy. Is there a way to report this?

I hate hackers. Like seriously I have a personal vendetta against people who hack and give you scam emails or cheat your game.
