Need help correcting registration problem for Regionals Event

Hello,
I've mis-registered for an upcoming regionals event and need help from Pokemon Support to correct this registration. I've filed tickets with pokemon support but am not getting a response on the ticket. Can anyone advise me how I can go about correct a registration problem?
