Can't find Eevee sleeves for current event

I logged in on Jan. 24th but can't seem to find the "nine exclusive card sleeves" under deck customization. I found the deck box, coin, and shirts though. Did anyone else get theirs?

Yes, I got the sleeves and the other cosmetics too.
Have you double check it?

They haven't given them to me either, just the coin, box and t-shirts. I've restarted the game four times, modified a deck and even created one from scratch and they're not there.
