Articuno= 1

Zapdos=2

Moltres=3

The corresponding dots on the Regis follow in order, probably how early they were made.

We should know the next 1ns: Ekans= Snake backwards, Arbok=Kobra (guessing that is a misspelling to make it cooler or cover it up) Trubbish= Trash + Rubbish, Garbodour= Garbage + Odour.

Some of you may know these: Eevee, ho oh, giraffeorig, AlomaMola, and ferigoraf are palindromes.

 Words that are the same backwards.

Rock Ruff is literally wearing a rock ruff, where ruff is a collar.

    I'm already noticing some of the patterns as well.

    These aren't really secrets. All Pokémon names are based on something (Pikachu for example, is from Pikapika, which is Japanese for sparkly/shiny, and chuchu which is Japanese for the sound a mouse makes. Its name was not translated to English like most other Pokémon when the games first got an English version).

    Deceptively difficult.
