How to redeem your cards

    • It depends are you playing on a computer or a mobile device (smart phone, tablet, etcetera)? I do not know if the iOS (Apple) version is different than the Android (Google OS) version, but I will explain how to do it on the computer and Android device.
    • Computer:
    • 1. Open the Pokémon TCG app or go back to the home screen
    • 2. Top left of the app click on the SHOP tab
    • 3. Top left of the app under the SHOP tab click on the REDEEM tab
    • 4. If you have a web cam you can scan the QR code, or you can type the code into the area labeled ENTER YOUR CODE
    • 5. Click the SUBMIT CODE button and you are done
    • Mobile Device (Android, possibly iOS):
    • 1. Open the Pokémon TCG app or go back to the home screen
    • 2. Bottom right of the app tap on the SHOP tab
    • 3. Top left of the app tap on the REDEEM tab
    • 4. If you have not given the Pokémon TCG app permission to "take pictures and record video" tap ONLY THIS TIME
    • 5. Scan the QR code, or you can type the code into the area labeled ENTER YOUR CODE
    • 6. Click the SUBMIT CODE button and you are done
