Concerning Dratini, Dragonair and Dragonite, I think that:
- the range of Dragonite's basic attacks is too narrow (he is, after all, supposed to be a ranged all-rounder);
- Dragonair and Dragonite are too slow to respond to the activation of Dragon Dance (i.e. there's too much of a gap between the moment when I press the button and the moment when each responds);
- the cooldown of Hyper Beam is too long: at stages 0 and 1, Hyper Beam appears to deal far less damage than some of the attacks of certain other Pokémon (this may be true even of Hyper Beam at stage 2) and due to the difficulty with which each stage is increased and the short duration at which Hyper Beam remains at each increased stage, it can't easily be used consistently to inflict maximum damage on opponents.
Concerning Swinub, I'd argue that he's too slow to respond to the activation of Ice Shard.
