Error 1-5-1202 Help

Can,t Log in by the pokemon trainer account and gets this error, I tried:

-restaring the cellphone

-changing from Data to Wifi

-clearing cache in the game

-clearing cache and data in cellphone settings

aw man I’m experiencing the same issue as well, sounds like a bunch of people are experiencing this error
