Arlo left his last opponent when the sun was about to come up. It's the early morning now and the next elite four member has been working overtime.

Flora welcomed Arlo to the arena. They took each other's sides and the arena started to rise… and the outer bounds of the arena receded into the walls opening what looked like a plain. On the plain were Tauros grazing below.

Arlo's first pokemon, Serperior, was released. And Flora let go a breloom. And the Breloom started to fill it's area with spore. Well Arlo couldn't sit idlely and asked Serperior to make it quick. Serperior nodded and started a barrage of the move Leaf Storm! Flora shouted, Breloom Drain Punch. And Breloom rushed in, hitting Serperior with a drain punch. Getting energy back. But Arlo was impatient. Serperior Hyper beam! Serperior instantly directly hit Breloom. Knocking it out.

Flora let out a Meganium. Meganium Reflected. Serperior used wrap. Meganium wiggled, made a little room, and leaped out from the wrap hitting Serperior on the way back down with Body Slam. Serperior was weakened so Arlo retreated. Arlo called out Pyroar. Pyroar was on the other side of the arena and used Hyper Voice. Flora called for Meganium to Sunny Day. And the Arena was brightly under the sun. Pyroar used Flamethrower. Meganium synthesized. Then Pyroar got close and used Crunch. It was a critical hit. Meganium was going to lose thought flora and in that moment called for a solar beam. Meganium was poised and ready. Took in the sun but not a moment went by when Pyroar was hit. Arlo called out to Pyroar. But it had fainted standing.

retreated Pyroar. And released Pawmot. Meganium was almost out of energy to fight so Flora slipped up. Asking it to use it's signature move. But before Meganium could attack pawmot hit it with a close combat and Meganium was done.

next Flora sent Roserade. Roserade hit Pawmot with a poison jab. Pawmot was poisoned. Pawmot used spark. It wasn't very effective. Then Arlo called for another spark. And Flora called for Roserade to use Energy ball. The both attacks were close range and pawmot could no longer battle. Next up was Arlo's Wigglytuff. Flora called out for Roserade to puncture Wigglytuff with a giga impact. It missed. Arlo terrastilized Wigglytuff and told it to use a drain punch. Drain Punch knocked out Roserade.

Flora sent out a Gourgeist. Wigglytuff knocked it out with a play rough. Flora smiled. Letting out Hydrapple. Hydrapple attacked knocking out Wigglytuff. And Arlo finished the battle sending out Duraladon to get the K.O.

Flora says, Congrats I calculated you just have been a strong trainer the battle took exactly an hour. You may now enter the next round.
