Why Can't I Completely Get Rid of Certain Cards

I want to get rid of all Galarian Pokémon and Galarian Trainers from my collection, but I can't.

honestly unless they make it so deleting cards from the collection doesn't force you to hit the "limit" again before getting credits from extras in boosters, i'm fine with just ignoring the ones i don't use. It's bad enough i have to effectively get 8+ copies of a lot of cards because reverses also count as a separate card. It would be nice to be able to exchange owned cards for credits but I don't think that's ever going to happen.
