    Why are these threads back? Where did this concept come from? Why keep making them?

    There are (possibly literal) gods and sapient creatures among Pokémon. They can fire laser beams and call down lightning strikes.

    Assuming a lion would even be motivated to attack in the first place, and they all fought together rather than attacking each other, I am convinced they would all immediately flee the second one Pokémon roared threateningly or spat fire at them.

    It would be funny to watch and I have to say I wouldn't put my money on the lions.

    Yeah, all those psychic types would just lift up the lions and then they'd be burned to a crisp from the fire types.

    Whichever logic you use, game, anime, or Pokédex, the Pokémon will win.

    Even if the Pokemon didn't use their attacks they would have an advantage by sheer numbers.
