As long as I continue to invest both my time and my money into this game, in game compensation is not at all out of line to expect. Also - In game compensation has already occurred for other issues.5 -

I think if they build a mechanic that allows the user to shuffle their own deck of cards - instead of leaving it to their algorithm - that could possibly help. Right now it’s just chance.1 -
