You can still redeem code cards at least, but it's clear that they either just don't want to invest in this or fear backlash (possibly even legal backlash) if they add money to the equation.3 -

Live doesn't have support for BW and XY cards yet in terms of playing, though you can see them. There's no date for when this will change. @DoubleCure please fact check3 -

A lot of of the old cards are not currently supported on PTCGL so you can’t see them. Also decklists you had on PTCGO won’t transfer automatically so you’ll have to rebuild those decks.4
