Zacian V and other cards from Sword & Shield series and earlier ones are now rotated, so you can only add cards from Scarlet & Violet series into your deck.1 -

I have a feeling the Pack Point system will remain as is: If you want cards from a certain set, you pull on that set and use the points from it if you don't get it. This is not the only Pokémon …1 -
