I was not to find an official ruling on this, but it does seem like an error. You do draw for your turn, so it should be your second turn.1 -

It might not be an error, but it sure sounds like it is. There is either a glitch or the game thinks that since you skipped your opponent's turn it is still turn one for you.1 -
