I'd argue that it's either Steel or Fairy, competitively. In Gen 1, it's Psychic. Psychic all the way.1 -

In gen 1, definitely dragon, but now I don't know, maybe fairy? except most fairys are the "cute" ones, so they're not very powerful.1 -
