I tried to play both on my IPhone and IPad but still got the error 10099. I reinstall the app as well but didn't work out1 -

Same thing still happening, the game worked fine before the update now it just gives error code 10099 at 20/41 of loading point...sad1 -

it’s work! It's probably the time verification code in the program that gets tht C-side's time , not the server time.1 -

Sounds like there are a variety of reasons and fixes so I'll share mine as well. For me, it was my VPN. Turned it off and logged in right away. Turned it back on and got the error. Three more tr…1
