it has a deactive and active form blue horns is not fightinig, gold is fighting in pokemon GO it will have blue in your pokemon section, but raids gyms gold2 -

Gyarados didn’t have a Flying type move in Gen 1 and doesn’t in Gen 3(afaik). Frankly you don’t pick Gyarados for Flying type attacks. You pick it because it learns Dragon Dance and hits like a Physi…1 -
