I tried to play both on my IPhone and IPad but still got the error 10099. I reinstall the app as well but didn't work out1 -

Same thing still happening, the game worked fine before the update now it just gives error code 10099 at 20/41 of loading point...sad1 -

it’s work! It's probably the time verification code in the program that gets tht C-side's time , not the server time.1
