That's 12 cards destroyed in order for each person in a trade to get 1 new card. Which means that not only do you have to destroy so many cards, but your trading partner has to as well.1 -

I'm also having this error but I cant find anything online on how to fix it although some guy said a vpn may help that kind of thing is too much of a pain to set up1 -
