Scramble Switch unable to move energy.
Similar to the issue with Archaludon’s ability, you cannot move energy from the Pokemon you switch out of the active to the new Active Pokemon when using Scramble Switch.1 -

Simply put every single time I've used it the ability more or less ends my turn because it doesn't allow me to actually distribute the energy. Im fairly sure this is not a connection issue …1 -
