no because Path to the Peak only stops Rule box pokemon "abilities" Giratinas, knock out is still an attack not an "ability"2 -

Just had a match against lost deck giratina.. they played path to the peak and then used their Vpower to insta KO. Shouldnt that be blocked?1 -
