Same, fault with the recent update by the looks of it. Avoid starting any matches. Lost 1 rank myself due it not starting and exiting the game. I’d like to think they will restore everyone’s account/…3 -

Couple things to try…turn off auto detect settings under proxy and set date & time to automatic.1 -
Why is my pokemon tcg live not loading on my phone?
It keeps on reseting when I click English. My phone is not out of date and has storage and the app is updated. I cleared cache and force stopped the app and reseted my phone. Still nothing.1
