Raihan not working after opponent knocked out my Pokémon

Partially attacking with sableye ignores time?

Incorrect. Applies to attack, but the ability applies to any energy type, special or basic, as the text does not specify what energy category applies to ability.. .2 -

Path definitely wasn't in play, was playing against entei Valiant so it was Magma basin1 -

Assuming you're talking about TM Devolution it should fizzle, are you sure Path to the Peak wasn't in play?1 -
