Yes, another user already reported this bug. It seems to be ongoing. This bug alone seriously weakens Great Tusk, so the devs really need to take a look at it.2 -

They were likely already opened. There might be some kind of garbage collection issue with the client during pack openings, generally people recommend redeeming about 10 packs at a time like you'…1 -

There's no such thing as "unopened packs" in Live. All packs are opened as soon as they are obtained. The animation is just for flair1 -

Agreed. The ability to choose backgrounds would also be nice. Imagine if you could have the same table as the streamed games at the regionals. Or a simple table, like at your local game shop.1
