Because there are ways to disable Mimikyu ability. Example: Alakazam ex can attack (from the bench) with Klefki on active spot or using Canceling Cologne.1 -

Datamining is hacking a company or whatever to find files and information that shouldn't have been released to the public. In this specific case pictures and names of workers were released to the pub…1 -
