It can happen on anything you select during the effect of a card (Colress, Vessel, Boss, ...) It has been present since the beginning of the game and has yet not been issued. It's the Select Bug3 -

in this deck, you can just remove CRZ/PGO version of trainer cards and your deck will be working (so take LOR lost vacuum instead CRZ one)3
