The Attacks you're referring to don't do damage. The instant KO and placing of damage counters are considered effects, which your Ability does not block. Not a bug.3 -

Your decks and unopened boosters don't transfer. You received crystal to compensate for the boosters, but you'll have to remake the decks yourself.3
