I can't load into the game on my desktop after the latest update.

Getting Error 10097 after the latest update

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, still encountering the same issue.

Assuming it's the same bug, it's probably due to you canceling ranked matchmaking.

Thanks - did you have a lot of the evolving skies, lost origin, and astral radiance collections filled out beforehand?

No, losses are only being accrued and never canceled. Otherwise it would not have been possible for me to gain 850 losses after going AFK for a few hours.

Devs need to hotfix this issue!! It seems a lot of users are also experiencing this bug.

Anecdotally, I'm a 2k+ player and I only match against low ranked players now because a bug gave me 850 losses in a row 😂 Coin luck is just coin luck, streaks happen

Something is completely broken tonight - I just lost 400+ ladder points from one game (that I won). I gained +960 exp from the match which is not theoretically possible, and then after the game I'm missing 400 ladder points. I went to check my stats, and out of nowhere I have +850 games played and +850 losses.

I just lost 400+ ladder points. Got +960 exp after the match, and suddenly had 850 more games played and 850 more losses added to my stats page.
