I figured it out. The new version is causing problems with anti-virus software. You have to turn it off / add the game as an exception.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, still encountering the same issue.

Assuming it's the same bug, it's probably due to you canceling ranked matchmaking.

Thanks - did you have a lot of the evolving skies, lost origin, and astral radiance collections filled out beforehand?
