Starter Decks Verfügbarkeit

Unter werden neue Starter Decks beschrieben. Ich sehe die nicht. Bekommt man die nur wenn man sich neu für das Spiel registriert? Ich bin neu angemeldet seid einer Woche wegen meines Sohns und kenne mich noch nicht so gut aus, habe aber mtg erfahrung und da gab es auch ab und an neue Starter Decks.
Mein Sohn hat leider auch 1 oder 2 Starter Decks verändert ohne zu wissen was er tut. Kann man die wiederherstellen?
