Wieso werden meine Karten nicht in credits konvertiert?

Hey habe gerade festgestellt, dass meine Karten die ich mehr als 4 mal habe nicht in credits umgewandelt werden. habe zb. noch 8 goldene bolardin karten und viele andere dutzendfach. Sollten die nicht automatisch umgewandelt werden? Oder muss ich da manuell irgendwas machen ?

ich empfehle Dir hierzu ein Ticket beim Support-Team eröffnen. Besuche dazu bitte https://support.pokemon.com/ und klicke dann auf den Link Pokémon-Sammelkartenspiel-Live. Anschließend klickst du auf "Brauchst Du Hilfe - Kontakt".
