The Code Card Redemption Website will be offline briefly during the above maintenance window, from 15:00 ~ 17:00 (UTC).
During this period, code card redemption via the website will be unavailable.

Warum werden mir nicht alle karten angezeigt?

Hallo
ich hab das Problem das mir nicht alle Pokemon Karten Angezeigt werden.
Zb habe gerade ein Glurak ex vom Pass bekommen aber der wird mir nicht in meine Sammlung angezeigt woran liegt das ?

Bitte melde dies doch direkt über unsere offiziellen Kanäle, indem du ein Ticket beim Support-Team öffnest. Du kannst dies tun, indem du https://support.pokemon.com/hc/de besuchst und dann auf den Link Pokémon-Sammelkartenspiel-Live Game Live klickst. Klicke dort auf "Brauchst Du Hilfe - Kontakt".
