Non trovo le collezioni che ho riscattato

Ho riscattato decine di pacchetti singoli senza problemi, appena accendevo me li faceva aprire. Le collezioni no. Dopo averle riscattate scomparse nel nulla. E se provo a riscattarle di nuovo mi dice codice già riscattato. Come fare?
