lost all my collection

I transferred my account to the new TCG Live but I lost all my cards! Certain cards that I physically have and redeemed in the previous GCC are no longer there, for example Guzzlord GX Scarlet Invasion and hundreds of other very strong and rare cards lost in the transfer!
