They changed it to 1 pass, lvl 1-10 require 500 pass points (or whatever they're called), and 11+ requires 750 to advance as far as we know, but I can make an educated guess that 21-30 requires 1000, 31-40 1250, 41-50 1500, 51-60 1750, 61-70 2000, and 71-74 2250. But this is just speculation.

The first pack is guaranteed an ex, and from what I've seen, the ex depends on the pack. Pikachu has a guaranteed Arcanine, but I don't know what the other packs give.
