By calculating like above, you can tell when (approximately) you might reach important scoring "milestones", like 1,000, 10,000, or even 20,000 points.

I 100% agree with this. I remember having.. (trying to figure out a way to word this without it coming off too harsh) self-harming thoughts as young as 11 years old. Having no one to talk about it to made that incredibly hard. I did end up getting through it after talking to some friends about it, but keeping depression to yourself only feeds the fire.

If you ever just need a break, just step out and go for a walk, even if it's only 10 minutes! Getting outside and walking around in silence often helps clear my head.

Also that feeling you're describing is probably self-doubt, and if left unchecked, can snowball into some pretty harmful thoughts (been there myself so you kinda have to trust me). Either way I don't see anything wrong so just keep being yourself😊 PS, If you're actually acting like yourself and people don't like you, that's their problem, not yours, and let me be very clear on that. One thing I've learned is if you have to act different around your "friends", they're not really your actual friends to begin with. Sorry if that came off too Master Oogway-ish.
