Cuando intento jugar alguna partida después de encontrar rival se queda en la pantalla de carga y luego dice "la partida ha terminado, no has podido conectarte en el tiempo permitido "

Si tu dispositivo cumple con las especificaciones recomendadas, pero sigues teniendo problemas de rendimiento y esto te impide jugar las partidas después de encontrar un rival, te recomendamos contactar con soporte para que puedan ayudarte. Puedes comunicarte con ellos enviando este formulario.
No olvides detallar las especificaciones de tu dispositivo.
