Buenas, desde hace días no puedo canjear ningún código de pokemon en la aplicación porque cuando entro me sale el símbolo de carga pero nunca activa la cámara. Antes podía canjear mis códigos sin problemas pero ahora no se que está pasando.

Para obtener ayuda, abre un caso con el equipo de soporte. Para hacerlo, visita visita nuestra web y luego haz clic en el enlace "Juego de Cartas Coleccionables Pokémon Live". Desde allí, haz clic en "Contacta con nosotros".
Proporciona toda la información y adjunta posibles capturas de pantalla para que estas den más contexto al equipo.
