The Code Card Redemption Website will be offline briefly during the above maintenance window, from 15:00 ~ 17:00 (UTC).
During this period, code card redemption via the website will be unavailable.

No encuentra partidas activas, y tarda mucho la carga de la interfaz.

En este caso, te recomendamos cerrar el juego por completo, apagar el router por al menos 60 segundos y abrir el juego nuevamente. Si el problema persiste, por favor ponte en contacto con soporte yendo a este enlace https://support.pokemon.com/hc/es, luego haz clic en el enlace Juego de cartas coleccionable de Pokémon Live y desde allí, haz clic nuevamente en "Contacta con nosotros".
