Charizard VSTAR was never the best card, but Charizard ex from OBF is one of the decks people think will win worlds, especially if control and stall decks will be prevalent.1 -

water always has good energy acceleration, which is why Chien-Pao ex is always in my back pocket, but right now I favor Dragapult ex with Xatu, Radiant Alakazam, and Scoop Up Cyclone1
