Restocking a vending machine is done by professionals. They don't waste time at the machine because it may hinder a person's intimate moment with the machine.3 -

Becoming unresponsive seems like a failsafe to prevent further glitching. This could be damage to the system or it could be our missing link to MissingNo!2
