Chi-Yu ex (PAL 040) banned in Standard
I had a deck that I was going to build around Chi-Yu ex, but for some reason PTCGL is saying the card is banned for Standard play despite having a G regulation mark. I just came back to the game after a bit and was under the impression this card wasn't game-breaking, so I'm assuming this is a bug. Or maybe I'm missing…
