Question on the Poppy Trainer-Supporter Card
The description of the card says "Move up to 2 Energy from 1 of your Pokemon to another of your Pokemon." It doesn't specify Basic Energy so does that mean I can move a Basic Energy and a Special Energy from one Pokemon to the other?
Evolve Basic Pokemon to a Stage 1 from a different set?
I'm new to the TCG and I'm wondering if it's legal to do what's in the title, like for example I have Deino from Paldea Evolved and want to evolve it to a Zweilous from Crimson Invasion, would that be okay to do?
