Both top tier decks are non RNG
Just wanna say this: both Pikachu Ex and Mewtwo Ex have no RNG cards. And that's the main reason both decks are top tier right now. Lower tier depends a lot of RNG to win matches. Maybe that's something that we will see in future meta. Do you agree?
