Unable to craft Secret Rare Energy from Scarlet Violet Base Set
I am unable to craft either the Basic Fighting Energy or the Basic Lightning Energy from Scarlet and Violet Base Set. Why? Card numbers 258/198 and 257/198. The option for "Exchange" is not present. I only own 3 of the Fighting and 1 of the Lightning. So I haven't exceeded the max limit of 59 of a basic energy.

Please explain to me why, when I queue a "Ranked" match at 860 point (Great Ball Tier) I am paired against players that are at 2,000+ point ranked (Master Ball Tier)? Where is the option to mute my opponent? Game after game after game my opponents BM me by relentlessly spamming the creepy avatar emotes and I am unable to stop it. Why? What can't this be stopped? Make it make sense to me.
